• You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 5A condo, located on the second floor.

• Access to the community pool.

• The villa does not have access to laundry facilities. However, we’re happy to share the contact for a convenient pick-up and delivery laundry service.

A friendly advice, keeping good communication with your host will make your stay more pleasant, you will receive 4 important messages prior to your arrival that will include information about your destination, house rules, address, WiFi & access code. Kindly acknowledge you have received and read the info for a smooth check in process.



Additional Information

•⁠ Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave your room or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.



•⁠ Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.



•⁠ In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.



•⁠ Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. ✈️ Flights & Passport:

•⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras.
