This is a duplex home. You have one neighbor to the left of the house.
The house is comprised of the following.
Basement: Area for children to play, washer/dryer, full bathroom
1st Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, access to the enclosed yard.
2nd Floor: Master BDR (king bed) with ensuite full bathroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom (each queen beds) with shared full bathroom in the hallway.
3rd Floor: Bedroom with bunkbeds, full bathroom, dedicated workspace
Guest Access:
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.
Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.
Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Mgmt co very responsive. Just needed a few simple items and upgrades... windows need to be easier to open and shut, luggage racks or tables in each bedroom for place to put suitcases, shelves and hooks in bathrooms for personal products. FYI, stairs are steep, no bathroom on main floor,.

The house was great for our family (five adults and three kids). The stairs are narrow and the rooms are relatively small, which is to be expected given the age of the house, but there was more than enough room for our stay and the common spaces fit us all easily. The third floor bedroom is not reached by the central air, but the owners have provided a window AC unit that kept the room pleasantly cool even during the heat wave that occurred while we were there.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The house is fabulous and the location was ideal for us - easy access to everything. The hosts were immediately responsive and made it a great stay. We will be back.

We were in the Philadelphia area for over a week and this location was perfect….we were able to relax and recharge in a quiet setting while also being able to access center city, east falls, chestnut hill, manyunk, and the main line. Great spot, will definitely book again the next time I’m in the area.
