The outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. Grill out while watching your loved ones enjoy a game of corn hole, water basketball, or an indoor game of pool.
The spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable, with a large smart TV including all the popular streaming apps. We also included a comfortable queen size pull out couch for any extra guests.
The dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining and leads through to the fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar and a coffee station that will satisfy all coffee lovers’ needs!

It has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private deluxe bathroom. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, ‘his and hers’ sinks and a separate walk-in shower. It also has a large smart TV.
On the opposite side of the living area are the second and third guest bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. 4th bedroom has en suite bathroom.

Great location and perfect to relax after a long day at work! My crew and I had a very big job to do in the area and the place was perfect for us!

On the good side:- Pool was as advertised, worked well, was clean and the kids enjoyed very much- check-in/entry instructions were clear and helpful, no issues- kitchen appliances/TVs all in good working order for us (one exception is the toaster - all the upper coils are burned out, so bottom of bread burns while top doesn't toast at all)On the not so good side:- closet door in one of the single bed bedrooms was off the track and appeared to be quite damaged on the lower panel (coming apart), in general for the pricepoint, the closet doors throughout the house are cheap and in need of replacement or maintenance- the other single bed bedroom was VERY musty smelling and had significant dirt/mildew build-up on the window sill and bottom of the window frame itself, for the pricepoint, the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing- the handle of the sliding glass door from the entry living area to the pool area was completely broken off and sitting on the glass table to the right of the door- there were literally ZERO drinking glasses in the kitchen- the faucet in the kitchen sink is not adequately anchored to the sink itself, just turning the water on or off causes the faucet to lean over roughly 30 degrees- air vents were dirty- when we arrived, there were at least 3 or 4 lightbulbs that were burned out- the clothes dryer stops during any cycle we tried having overheated, left many clothes quite wrinkled
