This property is in a very good location for tram access, grocery shopping, and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful.Unfortunately,I cannot give the property 5 stars on every measure. It is sparsely decorated and appointed. For instance, there is almost no furniture in the largest room in the unit. Strange. There are very few appliances and minimal dishware in the kitchen. The bathroom is likewise under supplied – no hand towels, a very small and cheap shower curtain, and mold on the walls. IMO with some very modest investments the owner could make this a much more appealing property.

We appreciated the communication and flexibility of the host, and the apartment was spotless. My only minor things are that the third bedroom doesn't have a door separating it from the main room, and there was no bath mat for the shower. Past those little things, it was really great. The bus and tram stops are super close so you can hear them at night but it's not bad at all and made getting around the city very easy.
