The room was very clean enjoyed coming back from exploring the city and having a nice clean room. The parking for valet was smooth and easy.

Easy check in, great restaurants nearby and easy access to transit and downtown

The fact that we had to wait 10 min everytime for the elevator really put a damper on the stay because one elevator was down. However the room was pretty nice. Noticed that the remote and the phone had a lot of dust on it which meant it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a dirty glass cup at the door when we arrived and the halls smelt like something was burning. However, we loved the rooftop bar they had GREAT food and we enjoyed our view and the fact that the windows opened. Would stay here again IF the elevators were working.
