A three-bedroom home on a single level, in Jacks Point, south of Queenstown. The living areas look out to residential neighbourhood outlook with backyard garden, grass area and outdoor seating.
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, with residential neighbourhood outlook with backyard garden, grass area and outdoor seating. Mountain views from outdoor areas.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and, backyard access.
Exterior: Backyard with outdoor dining table, two bench seats, two chairs, small coffee table, clothesline and grass lawn area.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms and, backyard.

Muster Road is in Jacks Point, a master-planned golf and lake-side community south of central Queenstown, close to the Jacks Point Golf Course and walking trails.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: No stairs as it is a single level property
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

We had everything we needed. Very comfortable.The four grandchildren had a bed each and plenty of room to spread out. The board games were well received. Two great playgrounds close by. Away from the hustle and bustle of town but easy driving distance to everything.Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time during our visit to Queenstown. Our stay at the Gorgeous Mountain Views home in Jacks Point was perfect for our stay. It was nice, cozy, clean, and had all the essentials as described. Thank you so much and would definitely recommend this place for future stays.

Highly recommended! Rating: Our stay here was could not have been better! The first thing we noticed was the impeccable cleanliness—the house was truly sparkling from top to bottom, which made us feel comfortable and at home immediately. The Kitchen table served as a focal point for our end of day activities as we shared dinner, card games and great times.The management team was also wonderful. They were incredibly proactive and helpful, reaching out with clear check-in instructions well in advance and checking in offering a lot of helpful local information to ensure we had everything we needed (we checked in on Christmas Eve so many stores and activities were on reduced hours). It’s very refreshing to stay at a property with hosts who are this attentive and dedicated to the guest experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will try to book again the next time we are in Queenstown!
