Getting here is incredibly easy! From Kansai International Airport, you can take a direct JR train to the apartment —no transfers needed.
*About the Stay:*
A fully-equipped two-bedroom unit that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features:
• 1 double bed
• 2 single sofa beds
• A kitchen with cookware for light cooking
• A private bathroom, changing room, and toilet
• Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV, allowing you to log in to your Netflix or Prime Video account for entertainment.
For added convenience, there’s a delivery box on the first floor of the building. If you plan to shop online during your stay in Japan, delivery staff can leave your packages in the box. (Note: The box operates on a first-come, first-served basis)

great price and clean apartment. only thing that could be improved on is the wifi signal to the bedroom down the hall, very spotty.

Great interior space. Cozy, but with room to breathe. The view isn't much, but outside from the stairway is a pretty good view over the rooftops if you're desperate for a landscape to snap.
Auto-lock on the big entryway door down in the foyer, and then multiple locks on the room door itself, so it feels pretty secure.
The cleaning staff arrived about five minutes before our specified checkout time, and took the key from us directly as we left the room, which contradicted the checkout instructions given to us (which were to return the key to it's initial collection point on the 1st floor). Handing the key over in person definitely felt sketchy, since I didn't know who I was giving it to. But simply adding to the checkout instructions that the cleaning staff may meet you at the room to collect the key in person would alleviate this concern.
Other than that, everything else went smoothly. Nice beds. Smart TV with Youtube gave us endless entertainment. through the night. Great bathroom. And multiple conbinis within a 5 minute walk of the location.
Solid recommendation overall.

I picked this apartment because it seemed like a great area to spend the week while I worked remote, and it was even better than expected. The location is fantastic with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby, super close to the subway to hit up all the tourist spots, and a very spacious, clean apartment. Clarence was very organized and commnicative and I had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this place.
