Bedroom Area: A cozy double bed with soft linens and natural light.
Living & Kitchenette: A compact but well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, and basic cookware — perfect for a light meal or morning coffee. The small dining table doubles as a workspace.
Bathroom: The private bathroom features a clean shower, fresh towels, and basic toiletries.
Private Garden & Entrance: What truly sets this studio apart is its dedicated entrance and front garden — a rare find in central Tirana. Enjoy your coffee outdoors, read a book in the shade, or simply take in a bit of nature before exploring the city.
Situated near Muhamet Gjollesha Road, the apartment offers excellent access to public transport, local shops, bakeries, and cafes. You’re just a short walk or quick ride away from popular areas like the city center, the New Bazaar, and the Grand Park of Tirana.
- An ID is required for the main guest before the check-in.
- For bookings of 28 days or more, there is a fee of 3.5€/day, which covers additional utility costs (Electricity, Water, Heating, Internet, Property administration, Gas Etc, ) associated with longer stays.

It was a quiet neighborhood within 5 minute walk of major street with all the coffee, bakery, florist and other small businesses. The streets are very narrow and the garbage dumpsters are full, but the apartment has its own gate and garden which provides some space.
