We have a 40-square-meter vacation apartment available for rent that can accommodate up to 5 people.
Pets are allowed and very welcome :)


DESCRIPTION:

The apartment is located very close to the Slavic and Viking settlements (800 m) and near the beautiful, historic town of Wolin, where you’ll find restaurants and shopping (900 m).

The apartment features:

- a kitchenette—fully equipped with dishes and appliances: refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner electric stove, oven, electric kettle
- bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer
- Open-concept living and dining area + table (seats 3–5 people) + pull-out sofa (140 cm wide) for sleeping
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) with a H3 mattress + 2 nightstands + shelf
- 1 bedroom with a bed (120 cm wide) – comfortable pocket-spring mattress + small vanity table + a large wardrobe
- a private, separate entryway with a large wardrobe
- Wi-Fi, German TV (public broadcasters only), Netflix, and YouTube), radio

The vacation rental includes a private, fenced-in garden (approx. 100 square meters) with a large table, benches, chairs, and lounge chairs, as well as a fire pit and grill.

The property features a large communal lawn for playing, as well as several parking spaces.
- Bicycles are available free of charge (older models) / 2 women’s / 2 men’s

- Swimming opportunities: at Wolin Beach (Szczecin Harbor) – 5 minutes by car or 10–12 minutes by bike; or the Baltic Sea/white sandy beaches – 20–25 minutes away by car. The island also features many beautiful lakes with swimming opportunities.

Firewood for the campfire: 10€ per wheelbarrow. Included in this price: firewood, sausage skewers, fire starters
- Laundry service available upon request - €5 per load
