Everything worked well and the place was well stocked and clean

We didn’t love the location but it ended up being quiet. The house was spacious but had some oddities. Big thing was the uncovered vertical windows in some bedrooms since it didn’t feel private and let light in while sleeping. Other things that could be improved to make this a step above: slow drain in bathtub, missing shade on kitchen slider (had fallen down), provide washcloths and hand towels per person, make sure outside porch light works (did not while we were there), and add a little more kitchen supplies. There weren’t coffee mugs when we stayed. Host offered to drop some off but since we only stayed 3 nights they weren’t there in time. We appreciated there was room to spread out. Beds and pillows were comfortable and towels were nice quality.

Two small issues need to be taken care of:- no coffee cups- MBR bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly.

The house itself was fine but I found it strange that the host withheld check in details until I provided my reason for visit and the ages of the guests. I’ve never experienced that before. In addition he had me agree to house rules, which is fine, but one was no parties and quiet hours yet there was loud music playing in the neighborhood all hours of the night.
