Eine sehr nette und ansprechende Unterkunft! Das Highlight ist aber das nette Personal und die Lage! Man ist schnell am Strand und am Turtle Point und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Obergeschoss, das offen war. Daher war der ganze Raum offen und man musste mit dem Moskitonetz schlafen. Auch macht die Klimaanlage dann wenig Sinn, weil von oben warme Luft hereinströmt. Es sollte besser eine Zimmerdecke eingezogen worden!

Great location and tucked away off street from the noise. Nice little pool for cooling off. Good breakfast included. Elsa was lovely and really helpful. She recommended some amazing local restaurants

Upstairs room made of bamboo. Lovely idea but you could hear all the noises outside at night. Maybe we should have expected it , but given the price we paid I just didn’t expect that. I expected a more luxurious stay overall for the price but I think that’s just Gili Air pricing.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast (eggs or pancakes) were good and the swimming pool was a welcome addition.

My comments relate to the 3 bedroom villa only as I suspect the other rooms are modernised. The three bedroom villa needs some updating. The current photos on Booking.com are misleading for this particular villa. - the top floor layout is such that the bunk bed room is a partition off the master bedroom. There’s no door, window or AC in there and no privacy if used. My teen kids refused to use it. - there’s one bathroom with shower (off the master) and it’s very tired and dirty. The basin is very small with no plug (can’t shave) and the waste pipe is broken so water pours over the floor. - the master has a good large bed but the AC isn’t working properly - fan only. Just enough to be bearable temperature but Not enough white noise to drown out the 5am prayers. - downstairs there’s a sofa and TV area (used by my teens who didn’t want the bunks) and a double bed with a mosquito curtain dividing it off. No privacy. - there’s a downstairs WC with a small basin but no mirror (challenge for make up and contact lenses). No shower. Very tired and needs deep clean. - outside has a small courtyard but no chairs. All the other properties have sofas and seating. The staff added a table and chairs from the cafe. - no fridge or anything to make a tea or coffee or store cool water. - noise from prayers at 5am, horrible screaming kid next door villa (not owners’ fault) and from construction work (8am onwards). Overall we were disappointed with the layout, furnishings and cleaning. Very underwhelming compared to everything else we have stayed in on this trip.
