The entire family agrees on this: Kevin was amazing from arrival till departure. No matter what we asked, it was always done immediately and with a smile. Our stay without Kevin who have not been the same. He is a great asset to this place.
Only improvement we would recommend is about the heating system that went idle during the night so it became too cold late evening and too cold when we woke up.
