The modern feel of the place. With nice touches like the silk flowers which made it feel homely. exceptionally clean. Lovely en suite and good sized family bathroom, very good position. A. Minute from the seafront and a couple of. Minutes from the Lanes and shops.
The main lights in the living room would flicker sometimes and had to be turned off and on again and we have trouble getting the free view channels to come on. There is a lot of noise from various bars at closing time but that didn't go on too long and it is the price you pay for being in such a central area.

Fantastic location! Roomy and comfortable with everything we needed, even a bathtub and a washing machine. The WiFi was excellent and the TV has Netflix, Prime video, and more. Would definitely stay there again whenever I am in Brighton!

Great location. Simple sign in process. Quick responses from hosts.
Accommodating to needs, clean and great utilities.
Would have been beneficial to have fans / air conditioning for very hot weather.
Windows are very difficult to open. Can be a tough stay in heatwaves.
Parking is very expensive in nearby areas. And cheap parking is not secure.
