Terrible place and rude people. Avoid!
The company in charge of the reservation did not provide us the apartment that we booked: not the same configuration, number of rooms and beds, and not consistent with pictures, no sea view. When contacted, they were fine with it, replying that they were managing different places and it was one of them. When we mentioned that the "fully equipped kitchen" had only one plate, one glass, two forks and zero knife, they brought one extra plate and glass. When mentioned the absence of toilet paper, they reply that this was not a hotel and we had to bring our own (very practical when you arrive at 11pm and were not previously informed). There was no hot water in both showers (no water heater installed). At check-out, we requested two additional hours to get ready, given the circumstances, and only one hour was accepted.

Terrible I will never be back, La Vista compound is just down the road and much friendlier and better developed.

I booked for me and my boyfriend I clearly stated one american girl and one Egyptian guy and asked for confirmation that was fine, the owner agreed but upon arrival the Security refused to let my boyfriend stay or even to come visit as they had a “WhatsApp group” with his drivers photo (they scanned both of ours) saying not to allow entry to him simply because we were told he could stay and then refused. The owner did nothing to help us with this and later said “oh it’s the compound’s rules I can’t change them” if that was true you clearly knew that and approved of my booking anyway making it so that I couldn’t find another place nearby for my boyfriend due to the last minute refusal.
Additionally, the apartment is crawling with ants everywhere, the dishes were dirty, there was nothing to light the gas for the oven, the door handles come off in your hand, the beds are uncomfortable, theres only AC in the bedrooms so the living room gets incredibly hot, there’s no soap or tissues or toilet paper, the front door doesn’t have a handle on the outside so must be locked from within, the stairs don’t have lights in them, the compound doesn’t have a restaurant, it does have a small grocery store, the security then continued to harass me and my female friend who came to stay with me since I booked for two demanding that no male can enter the compound even to visit or drop her off: when we got mad they had a security guard follow and wait for the guy to leave after dropping her off, they acted like it was Alcatraz and frankly seemed like a bunch of men with no lives trying to control females, the other staff walking around cleaning streets etc. kept staring and yelling ya habibi etc., so very unnerving. Finally we rented that location to be close to D-Bay for a concert and it turns out we had to drive 15 minutes to the front of the road anyway to take a shuttle bus back to where we were.
Highly recommend staying anywhere else.

ACHTUNG BETRUG!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!! Auf keinen Fall Buchen!!!!!!!!!
1. Zur Schlüsselausgabe kam ein Mann der sichtlich auf Drogen und kaum anzusprechen war.
2. Die Unterkunft war eine Baustelle. Die Fenster und Türen waren abgeklebt und es lag Bauschutt im Garten.
3. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Die Betten nicht gemacht, offene Flaschen und halbvolle Gläser lagen überall, Haare im Bett, Waschbecken und auf der Kommode, FÄKALIEN IM WC UND LEBENDIGE UND TOTE KAKERLAKEN!!!!!!! im ganzen Haus.
4. Wir haben nicht dort übernachtet und wollten das Geld zurück. Als ich die Unterkunft daraufhin angesprochen habe, meinte Mister Youssef ich bekomme kein Geld zurück weil alles was ich gesagt habe nicht stimmt. Obwohl ich ihm Bilder geschickt habe vom Zustand der Unterkunft.
