Das Appartement ist ein wunderschön restauriertes Schmuckstück in den verwinkelten Gässchen von Ano Syros. Der Mix zwischen alt und modern ist sehr gelungen, ein wahres Bijou! Vom kleinen Balkon (für max. 3 Personen) sieht man auf Ermoupolis, den Hafen und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderschön! Für Kinder gibt es eine Schlafgelegenheit auf einem Zwischenboden, eine kleine Leiter rauf, was unser Kind sehr gemütlich fand. Parkieren muss man ausserhalb des alten Kerns, von da sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zum Appartment. Es ist ein grosses Vergnügen, durch die Gässchen zu streifen. Die Gastgeberin Athina war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Informationen und Tipps zukommen lassen, auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder auswählen.

Clean, gorgeous and with newly fitted appliances, well-equipped kitchen and fantastic views. Even better than in the pictures. 1 minute away from restaurant/bars and yet you can hear no noise whatsoever from the room. Athina is the best property manager and she responds to any questions within seconds and will make sure that you have everything you need (she kindly went and even bought superglue for us!)

Just be aware that there are going to be a lot (!) of steps to reach the property so choose your luggage carefully ( rucksack > trolley)

The accommodation is stunning! Amazing views and very well equipped. The host couldn’t do enough for you. She was in touch before our stay to make arrangements. Ordered us a taxi from the port, gave lots of helpful recommendations and made us a reservation at a beautiful restaurant at Kini beach. There was a lovely bottle of complimentary wine in the apartment when we arrived. Ano Syros is a lovely area to stay with a free bus down to the main town and back. We managed using the bus but a car would be helpful to really explore all the island.

Nothing. Just a note: there is no grocery store in Ano Syros so, if you need any basic supplies, you need to pick them up in Ermapouli before going up to Ano Syros
