Habitació àmplia, còmoda i neta. Bona ubicació. El personal és molt atent i t'ajuden amb tot el que poden.

Location was perfect for a short stay, due to its proximity to the station. The station is a 2 minute walk and the airport is 15 minutes by bus. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Great value and we would stay there again.

Although handy for the station, not the nicest area of Naples if you’re staying for more than 1 or 2 nights.

The place is conveniently located close to the Napoli Centrale and Piazza Garibaldi. The rooms are modern and air conditioned. There are many amenities in the shared kitchen, with cookies, tea, and coffee machine. The cleaning lady was very nice.

Firstly, the city tax collection that is done only in cash. Finding the right amount of money is a hassle and an option to pay upfront, by cards, or by a bank transfer should be added ASAP. Secondly, the check-in method is very dubious and may be not very legal according to the Italian law (sending photos of IDs via a third party i.e., WhatsApp to unknown servers outside of the EU and then no direct contact with owner or employee of the flat, key pickup from a box). There should be a person handing in the keys simply and checking IDs like in any other hotel in Italy. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi was spotty and not working well frequently.
