We had a truly wonderful stay at Dom’s Oase! Traveling with our little daughter, finding a comfortable and peaceful place to stay was especially important to us, and Dom’s Oase turned out to be such a lovely choice. What made our experience even more special was the warm hospitality of Janeth and John. They made us feel genuinely welcome, and we really appreciated their kindness. We enjoyed our time here so much that it became more than just accommodation — it became a beautiful part of our family memories in Bohol. We are leaving with happy hearts and wonderful memories. If we ever return to Panglao, we would absolutely love to stay here again. no breakfast. room has a kitchenette. best if you’re staying longer to use the kitchen. nice small pool outside room door. everything very clean ,the hosts are very helpful. the property has its own solar/battery backup so when the island/town electricity goes out, which it will, everything electrical keeps working on the property.

if you don’t like to walk you should rent a car or moto. Grab (uber) works okay. i’m a walker so no problem for me, you can walk to the beach or into the village but neither are just outside of property.

This is a studio apartment for 4 people with a kitchen and a bathroom and all necessities needed. John and Janeth were quite welcoming for a while. Janeth made sure the apartment was always very neat and she helped me recover from an injury.

Apparently there is a condition in renting the place that is not written anywhere on the booking website (still cannot find it...). As mentioned by John later on, it is possible to invite guests for coffee or a meal only if they come from European, US, or large cities from the Philippines (Manila, Cebu), but not if they are locals coming from Panglao/Bohol. I felt quite insulted by John which was very rude about this as I had a friend over for coffee. There was so much hatred in his comments that I could not accept this and I felt I had to leave before then end of my planned stay at Dom's Oase.
