Everything was clean, neat and spacious, the host is very kind and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and the view from the terrace is nice.

There are a few to many steps to approach from the beach, but we did not mind.

3 rooms, good AC (though one AC in each room would be even better), water dispenser with crisp, cold water. All the amenities were there, from cooking to washing your clothes. Blinds on the generous balcony were a nice touch as well, considering the fact that the sun goes down on the balcony side. Great view as well from the balcony.

The location was absolutely horrendous. Extremely difficult to access by car (not the owner's fault, the entire bloody city is built like that - avoid it if you want to visit exclusively by car, it is an absolute nightmare). Tiresome to get to the beach and especially back on foot due to the huge number of steep stairs, although the apartment's position relatively to the beach/Promenada is great.
