Really lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated, very clean, super comfortable beds, lovely view. Apartment was nice and warm, very spacious, short walk to the lake front, kitchen is very well equipped. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Taupo. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing apartment was able to sleep 5 of us in separate beds. Very hard to find this. The staff were amazing when we called with problems. However after the 2nd problem I was like Im not calling them again. I felt very needy
It was expensive but it's the configuration we wanted. For the price we expected more. The key wasn't where it was meant to be so we had to call to find a spare. There was a leak in the door so we had to mop up water and dry towels. Again had to call but staff were amazing and offered more towels. There were flickering lights and a door that didnt shut.
