Bedrooms were spacious, host left lots of goodies on arrival
The 2nd couch was too small & very uncomfortable

lovely clean property
nothing lovely house to stay at

Very clean, great space and good location. Nice extras including a welcome basket, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. Everything we needed was there
Fire door on the kitchen was awkward as when wedged open it was restricted by the open living room door. The kitchen door wedge was easily knocked causing the heavy door to shut on you causing injury. Perhaps living room door could open into the living room or be changed to a sliding door?

Everything was as described and we was even left some treats for our arrival.
We will definitely be back.

"Lovely comfortable property, great location for exploring the area. 5 minutes drive from Lytham, just 15 minutes drive to Blackpool. Great value for money."
