Nice flat in a lovely building. Lift and stairs available. Air conditioning worked well. Beds were comfortable. Staff is very attentive and available most hours.
The door lock to the flat stopped functioning when we returned late in the day. We had to spend the whole next day in the flat while the maintenance took 4+ hours to fix the door. We wasted a whole day in Porto do to this. We also had trouble getting in the building door, luckily one of us was inside the flat to let the other in. At 10:30 one night the fire alarm goes off. We left the building and sat outside. The other tenants luckily were in contact with the management and were able to turn off the alarm after 1.5 hours. It was a mess.

The property was in a great location! Easy to get the areas we wanted by walking and short bolt rides. It was nice that they had someone on site when we arrived that was next door. She was so lovely and helpful to us ! Even recommended a lovely cafe to us while we waited to check in. The property itself was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Beds were so comfy. Also was nice with 2 adult travelling togther that we didn’t have to be togther to get in and out of the apartment. We could come and go as we wanted and meet later to go to dinner in the evening.
I can’t honestly think of anything myself that was bad. Even when we had trouble getting into the door to our apartment, the woman who was onsite came and helped us right away and was an easy fix. In fact, made sure we knew what to do if happened again and that we felt comfortable with access before leaving us.

Todo bien en general.
Lo único es que en el altillo donde dormían los niños hacía calor, el a/a no llegaba pero habían ventiladores
