The property was in a great location and parking was easy. The front lounge room was quaint and the fireplace added to the homely feel. The kitchen was well equipped. The back deck was nice and overlooking the trees in the back yard.
The second bedroom door doesn’t close, the second bed was quite small for two people. The shower is over a very high bathtub. This would be an issue if you are aged or disabled. If a home is rented for 4 people then the lounge in the TV room needs to accommodate 4 people not 3. One had to sit on the floor or a dining room chair.

Comfortable beds, nice location, good heating in back living area
Not enough seating in the back living area, not enough hand towels, not enough power points in the second bedroom

The location of the code to gain access is quite difficult
You need to kneel down to see the numbers to select the code required
