The Albert Hotel

The space in room and perfect location for the rugby stadium

The wardrobe doors and draws could open a little easier

Everything

Nothing

Very well located at the top of the high street, just round the corner from the train station and less than 20 minutes walk to the Quays. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Roadworks currently in progress by the property led to increased traffic and difficulty finding the parking spaces at the rear

Location…convenient to both the catholic church and Gloucester Cathedral. Not far from fast food next to Tesco.

Unless I did not spot it there was only one roll of toilet paper…it is my experience that most hotels provide two. The bath towels should be replaced once they start fraying. No hand towel or bath mat. only one tiny tube of both body lotion and shampoo. The television was IMHO difficult to figure out…I was only able to access programming once. My room was cleaned once during my stay (2 nights) but the trash wasn’t emptied. The room needs to have a larger trash can in the room in addition to the tiny one in the bathroom.
