The apartment is located right in the city center, close to all the important places. There are plenty of great cafes and restaurants in the area. It's clean and quiet. The host was wonderful.

Amazing apartment with exceedingly helpful and accommodating hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful, well-equipped, extremely comfortable and exceptionally well-located apartment. Perhaps best of all, Pier was an amazing host....always ready to assist and offer helpful advice (our stay happened to coincide with a brief railway strike). We would highly recommend to others visiting Parma!
Recycling instructions, requirements and equipment not the easiest to accommodate. Fully automated door access via Internet-based service provider requires users to learn/100% depend on smartphones/internet connectivity. No issues at all for us but this dependency can be slightly discomfiting. That said we had zero issues and everything worked perfectly for us.
