Andrea's place is superb.. nicely decorated and we felt home there.
The metro is down the streets to go anywhere in Rome. The best Nepalese and Italian restaurant are just downstairs and you have a grocery shop just in front, you can't be more located than this.

10 min od nádraží , 10 min ke koloseu. 2 min. Metro. Pod apartmá pekárna, penny a conad.

The interior is quite interesting and thoughtful; I liked it very much.
The elevator is quite small; it's just for two people, so we had to carry the stroller upstairs in parts. Not a big issue, or u can just leave it on the ground floor. Ur choice
