Lacked afew items such as broom, another saucepan, afew ingredients such as salt pepper ketchup, water, sugar etc that could tie you over for 48 hrs. Swimming towels and spare pillows as only 2. Could do with a good spring clean with curtains, sofa. Aircon leaks into electrics which may be dangerous

Great location, spacious and clean apartment.

The furniture was a little old and could do with updating but it was clean and functional and good value for money so not really a complaint.

We had a really great stay at this apartment in Bangkok. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and overall really nice. It also has beautiful views over Bangkok, which we really enjoyed. We felt super comfortable during our stay and truly felt at home here. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

I would say it is a bit far from the transport and the main areas of interest. Also, the check-in time was quite late (4pm) and there was no flexibility, which made it a bit less convenient.

There are quite a few food options around the area and the check in was quite seemless.

The place is old and poorly maintained. The walls are peeling off and there's mold a bit everywhere. There's barely enough cutlery and cooking utensil or cleaning supplies. The couch is filthy and it the whole apartment has been cleaned on the surface but not properly e.g. when I bought a proper cleaning product, surfaces all of the sudden became cleaner. The facilities are also old and at some point the gym ceiling came down with water. Also as I was travelling for work, I have requested an invoice and the host initially said they would provide at the checkout and then naturally said they couldn't (and probably never had the intention to provide).
