This is, by far, the best self-catering accommodation we’ve ever stayed in—no exaggeration. We were four very different personalities, but this place had an instant charm that we all loved so much we didn’t even want to leave to explore. It’s spacious yet cozy, beautifully decorated yet homely, tucked away and peaceful but still accessible. And Yolande, the hostess, is exceptional—her care and standards are what every host should aspire to.
I may never be satisfied with other self catering accomodations if their standards don't meet the sky high standards of Alegrias Barn 😉

The house had everything we needed whilst there and the host was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful with queries we had. We loved the thoughtful arrival amenities (eggs, Milk, rusks etc.) which was a lovely touch. The location was excellent close to shops and amenities. We would definitely book Alegria Barn again in future.
The only improvement would be how the property is listed as we thought it slept 6 adults but the third room sleeper couch is more suited to one adult. Luckily our second daughter didn't join as there would not have been space for her.
