We had a wonderful two-night stay at TRI-ZEN with our family and parents. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything in Colombo. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with excellent facilities. Great value for money and perfect for a family stay. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
One small suggestion would be to provide guests with more specific information before arrival. Instead of only showing general photos on Booking.com, it would be very helpful to know the exact floor of the apartment and to see photos of the actual views from the apartment assigned to the guest. This would help guests know what to expect before their stay and make the booking experience even better.

1. Did not provide the blankets
2. There was smoking smell in the flat
3. 2nd Bedroom was too small
