This place over delivered. It was wonderful. We are coming back. The spacious floor plan and the shower upstairs were perfect. The convenient use of the washer and dryer was spectacular. Right by the gulf and ample fishing spots. Located very close to my wife's first cousin's home in Texas City and 25 minutes from my 3 sons living in Friendswood. This will be our getaway going forward. The place is clearly taken care of and very modern. My wife loved the floors inside this unit.

Some of the other houses located in the area really could use some renovating. However, this house and the surrounding 4 others looked great inside and out. I cannot state enough how much we appreciated it. They offered everything we needed and more. I will definitely bring all of my fishing equipment next time. I don't have any complaints. This place is a jewel.

The place offered everything I needed. Cleanliness, modern, quiet, spacious, and perfect. I will be back soon.

Booing ,com did not allow me to make 1 reservation for the entirety of the stay. I had to make 2 separate reservations.
