Very well situated apartment. Excellent supplies and facilities. lovely outdoor space. great customer service at check in to resolve issues.
a printed copy of the entire house manual would have been nice. I had a lot of questions, e.g., wifi password, that were on the internet but I could not get to the internet because i could not get the correct login information. the lighting in the front room could have been better.

Great location for my needs. Lovely pub across the road. The apartment was well presented and had everything I needed.
There was an issue with the hot water, I could not get the cold water to work, which meant showers were too hot. Also cleaning staff arrived before I had checked out. Came back from a walk to find that they had been in the apartment. I believe the hosts are addressing both of these issues for future stays.

Location, laundry, kitchen, outdoor space
I confirmed with the property more than 30 days prior to my arrival to have 3 more bed pillows. This was confirmed the day before arrival from the property yet upon arrival there were no extra. After two days of inquiry I was informed that I would be charged money for this. I could have made space in my luggage for my own pillows but your property decided to lie to me and then try to squeeze more money out of me. Clearly who ever runs the comms on your guest portal is ill-informed on customer service and has no experience with human interaction.
