- Great location in Pangrati - Small but very cozy - Very well furnished with attention to detail - Spacious balcony - Spotlessly clean - Check-in process easy - Small kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine - The owner Kelly goes out of her way to fulfill special requests

Nothing

We stayed just one night, and the studio was a great choice. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, modern, and well kept. The air conditioning worked well and the Wi-Fi was fast, which made for an easy, comfortable stay. The location is excellent. The Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro) is only a few minutes away on foot, and the National Garden and the center of Athens are easy to reach. Pagrati is a lovely, authentic neighborhood, with cafés, bakeries, and tavernas right nearby, so we felt like locals even for a short visit. Check-in was quick and simple, and the host was helpful. I'd happily come back for a longer stay.

Comfort, cleanliness, a beautiful interior where every detail has been considered, and an amazing location. The best restaurants and cafes are right nearby, and the metro is close by. You can walk to the Acropolis in 20 minutes. And most importantly, the attentive and warm Kelly, who explained everything in detail and welcomed us with a bowl full of sweets. I already know where I’ll stay when I visit Athens again—only with Kelly 🩷. Thank you so much

Everything was top-notch 👌🏻
