The location ten minutes to Gorgasali street in Tbilisi makes it a great weekend getaway or wedding/party location. The owners are decent people and were friendly and helpful. The price was also very affordable for a few days rest out of the city. Great view of the city right next to nature. The furniture and inside was relatively new and in good shape.
While everything was pretty new, things could be a little bit cleaner. The nice mom of the place is retired, so I find no fault but for those of us used to clean hotels it could be better. There were no sheets, just a polyester comforter cover and polyester mattress and pillow cover, and they did not feel fresh. Same with the pillows, which could be more comfortable. Some cotton sheets and better pillows would fix the issue, with just a little more detail in the cleaning.

It was the best stay I had in this country. It was extremely cold outside, but I felt tremendous warmth at this place. The hosts were very nice, kind, and hospitable, and we had a great time together during my one-night stay. The living room was cozy and I really liked it. The view from this place is amazing! I highly recommend this place!

In short: all is excellent. In details : 1. excellent location view of capital from mountain 2. Georgian style hospitality 3. clean room 4. bathroom is morden and big ( see big hand wash ) 5. host has old style wine cellar
