The whole place was very clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need.

We didn’t have access for nearly an hour after check in time so had to wait around. This was a minor hiccup so nothing major.

Hi, Thank you for a good stay and a quite place . Unfortunately, during our stay, my son became unwell and we had to take him to hospital. Then when we came back, I noticed some dust on the fans(!asthma ) and i am messaging you to get them cleaned for next guest please . I just wanted to bring this to your attention and hope you understand our concern. I understand that these things can sometimes happen, and I am not trying to cause any trouble. Thank you

Nice clean and tidy- it felt like home

It was excellent !!! Nothing not to dislike about it

The location was great Clean and tidy Being a new build made it nicer Great-full for a lady that gave us extra towels when we arrived otherwise we wouldn’t have had enough

Communication to get the code, I’ve never had the code within a couple of hours of checking in and that’s only cause I made contact Working out which unit was confusing didn’t know it was the unit at the back Dishwasher was full of dishes from the previous person Not enough pillows for 4 people Ran out of hot water had to sort it out ourselves or we were without hot water for the day Need a hand towel in bathroom Need storage shelf in shower no where to put your stuff Tv on the wall would give more space in the lounge, lounge is very small with 4 people hard to move around
