3HB Falésia Beach

Die Lage des Hotels oberhalb der Felsen ist einfach traumhaft. Alles war extrem sauber und gepflegt.

Etwas irritiert waren wir darüber, dass offensichtlich zwei Hotels (4 Sterne und 5 Sterne Hotel) in einer Anlage untergebracht sind. Wir fanden den großen gemeinsamen Poolbereich nicht so schön, da man dort sehr eng zusammen liegt und auch die Liegen nicht sehr komfortabel sind.

The amount of facilities we had access to were great, albeit we were in September the hotel was fairly busy still, but we had access to three different pools so we could always find a quiet place to relax. The staff are super friendly, and really helpful. They’re very attentive and it was well staffed. Bedrooms were super comfortable, quiet, clean, spacious and relaxing. Everywhere was super clean! In our stay we had access to The View, the restaurant was brilliant and we loved that we could order breakfast freshly made, and the View pool was very relaxing. Also the beach is such a short walk away, and it’s such a lovely beach!

The only thing I’d suggest is some umbrellas in the smoking area, there wasn’t much get away from the sun there! And some tables next to the green lounger beds at the view pool, this was our favourite place to chill, but had no where other than the floor to pop our drinks. But absolutely still manageable! The staff asked us to suggest this and that the hotel will take feedback onboard - not a huge issue at all :)

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre propre, la nourriture très bonne! C’était vraiment fabuleux !☀️

L’emplacement, clairement on vient pour la vie rien d’autre.

Le personnel n’est pas arrangeant! Nous avons payé 1400 euros pour deux nuits, et avions demandé à pouvoir bénéficier des espaces extérieur le jour de notre départ la journée étant donné l’horaire de notre vol. A la réception rien n’a été fait pour nous arranger nous ne pouvions plus profiter de la piscine ni de la plage avec l’accès de la carte. Clairement pas un standing de 5 étoiles. Notre chambre a été mal faire, poubelle encore présente, sac de laundry encore sur la table non pris en compte le jour même ! Produits non remis en place comme indiqué notamment l’eau dans le frigo ou autre boisson. Au Check out, personnel passif, qui ne vous demande même pas si tout va bien, si le séjour a été agréable ! Bref une fois mais pas deux !
