Great location for Sandringham to see Mariah. The lodge was well equipped, comfortable and homely. It was nice to have an outdoor seating area in the morning for coffee. It was immaculately clean. We stoped for drinks at the bar on our first night, everyone was friendly. We’d come back again if we had another concert at sandringham.
Only criticism’s are that the phone coverage is poor and the WiFi doesn’t connect. No lock on the bathroom door which would have been handy as sharing the lodge with friends.

Very clean, modern, lovely outdoor seating area, very private. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the bottle of welcoming Prosecco was an add bonus. The lady in the reception went above and beyond to help us. Very close to the sea, easy access to the surrounding area. We have all agreed we will be back next year.
There was nothing we didn’t like, as it was so new, there were a few things that needed tweaking, the kitchen need some tumblers, in the bathroom the shower had a large step up with no hand rail, it could have done with a non slip mat. Everything else was great, Our age range was 72 to 81.
