10/10. I highly recommend this property. Michael was great with communication from the booking confirmation all the way through to check out. I asked him if we could store our luggage - as we were due to arrive earlier than check in time - he instead had the room completely ready for our early arrival as a surprise. He met me to bring me the keys, and was even thoughtful enough to bring coffee pods for the machine (this was a huge deal for me as I had been on a long journey prior and desperate for a nice coffee machine coffee!) He showed us through the apartment and explained where everything was and what we needed to know. He brought his dad along to meet us and he was such a lovely man also. Michael went above and beyond to give us local recommendations of sights to see, restaurants to dine in - all of which we went to, and we were not disappointed! Fantastic places we never knew about became the highlight of our trip. Michael made sure we had a friend in him throughout our trip to Ioannina and this was very kind as travellers from Australia visiting Greece for the first time. The neighbourhood is fantastic, walking distance to restaurants, the castle, great bars, local markets. Everything you need is within walking distance and flat streets, so you don’t need a car. The apartment itself was very clean, it had everything you needed in kitchen and bathroom amenities, tv, ac, a very big comfortable bed, and it was so quiet, I didn’t hear a thing from any other neighbours. If you’re unsure which property to choose for your stay, choose this one. You won’t be disappointed.
My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer in the apartment, and that we didn’t get to have a beer with Michael and his dad!

The apartment has a great location, close to the main part of the city and easy access to the bus station. It was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is a bit small and tight but worth the money.

Plus petit que sur les photos, sent la cigarette, avec une douche dont le rideau vous colle aux fesses, un plancher non balayé et un lavabo sale.
