Das Bett war leider nicht bequem. Die Couch war kaputt und nicht sauber. 2 Zimmertüren gingen nicht zu. Sowie könnte man etwas mehr Auswahl an Tellern anbieten.

Neighborhood had convenient stores and restaurants. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful. The building is clean and feels secure. The unit is clean and tidy and has a nice view of neighborhood architecture. The little balcony was very nice to sit and enjoy the changing weather.

There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood. This is obviously no fault of the property, but you'll want to navigate the area so you know how to get through. There is construction gear in and around the parking area that makes it hard to see the entrance right now.

Near downtown, easy walking to Loring Park, Walker Art center, Minneapolis Institute of Art... convention center, Target etc...Coffee down by the leasing office. Internet WiFi is fast. Washer/Dryer, and dishwasher were in good condition. I reclean everything including cups, dishes, towels and sheets prior to using since they switched our room when we got there, and this room appeared to be not ready.

Checking in was a bit of problem, front entrance digital panel was broken on arrival day, no one in the leasing office, I had to follow some other tenant in to get the lock box upstairs. Then, my original room was changed to another unit (not the same as the picture), not the best neighborhood to walk around. The kitchen is not equipped to do any cooking other than boiling water, microwave. Small pots/pans appeared to be in bad shape, even the mugs were in bad shape. No coffee or coffee maker in room (at the lobby), perhaps because they switched my room last minute. Parking was a problem and took them 3 days with constant SMS to resolve; and when I finally got the parking pass, I found out the parking lot is a block away in a muddy busy construction lot.; since the rental car became liability we returned that and used Uber and walking instead. The bed was not firm, but we managed.

Comfort and location. Very convenient and close to the downtown for events.

The parking situation. The lot looked sketchy and didn’t seem official. Also, the apartment was not thoroughly clean. We found hairs in the sink and in the tub as we arrived.
