Galaxy Bed and Breakfast and hiking facility

Electric blankets, wi-fi, solar geyser, hot water, kettle, microwave and fridge in working condition, clean towels daily. Hosts very accommodating in case you have questions to clarify before your stay about the facilities. I queried shower curtains and they made sure to install them before i got there. Restaurant provided breakfast every morning arranged the day before.

Only the position of the TV was too high to watch and the short distance from the main road to parking was gravel but it was very short distance and considering that side of Lesotho is rural the facilities were excellent.

Improve directions to the guest house. Include an accurate location in Google Maps. The signage is not proper

They need to put remote control gate and issue the remote to their guest.

We entertained ourselves with TV, it is safe and secure. Welcomed by a friendly staff member. And we had an extra blankets in place as the place is very cold. Did I mention the heater/fan!?

We had only one hand towel to use during our stay. Please provide shower towels as well. The direction to the BNB is completely misleading, please add more arrow that will direct us easy to the destination, or even writing on the wall will make it easier to spot the place. It also indicated that they are in Butha-Buthe, while they are in Qalo,far away from town. Staff availability, we wanted to use the fridge and microwave, there was no one to assist us. Please give visitors a mini tour in case they want to use the kitchen facilities on their own.
