Escape to Gulf View Retreat, a beautifully renovated five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home offering a peaceful coastal getaway with sweeping views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Thoughtfully updated with a brand-new kitchen, modern tiled bathrooms, and contemporary finishes throughout, this luxurious property blends comfort, style, and natural beauty, creating the perfect setting for families or groups seeking a memorable Prince Edward Island escape.

Upstairs, the main bedroom features a king bed, stunning ocean views, and a private ensuite with a walk-in tiled shower. This level also includes a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a double bed and a single-over-single bunk bed, perfect for children. The newly renovated basement provides two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with a single-over-double bunk bed and a futon—plus additional futons in the spacious rec room, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, featuring new countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage. Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows flood the main living area with natural light while framing uninterrupted views of the Gulf.

A bright sunroom offers a peaceful retreat for reading or remote work, and the lower-level rec room and TV lounge provide multiple areas for relaxation and entertainment. Geothermal heating and cooling ensure comfort throughout the year.

Step outside to enjoy a large private yard, a deck overlooking the ocean, and a trampoline for the kids. Positioned on a scenic cliff with panoramic water views, the home offers privacy and tranquility while remaining just minutes from PEI’s best beaches, including Sheep Pond Beach. The town of Souris—with restaurants, groceries, and fresh seafood—is nearby, and popular attractions like Basin Head Provincial Park, local golf courses, and scenic coastal drives are within easy reach.

(Safety fencing is in place to restrict access to the cliff edge.)

Whether you’re seeking relaxation, coastal adventure, or quality time with family and friends, Gulf View Retreat provides the ideal blend of modern amenities, comfort, and breathtaking natural surroundings.
