The house was a perfect location to the pool and beach. The beach was a lot more quiet off the boardwalk from the house then in town, which was perfect! The patio overlooked the ocean, plenty of space, and plenty of seating. The neighborhood was gorgeous, quiet, and safe. The house next door had construction, which was a little loud on the weekdays but we understood and know this is not the hosts fault. Communication was good. Took a little after 4pm to check in, the code and information to get into the home was sent to us after a quick text to them. Check out was simple. Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay, very easy walk to beach and pool. Pool and hot tub area was very nice. House was comfortable, great for a larger group with a giant comfy sofa and plenty of beds. Good kitchen as well. Loved having an ice maker!

Family loves it. Will be first choice for years to come.

Great Location, But Property and Management Fall ShortOverall, this property was just an okay place to stay. While the location is fantastic—situated right on the beach with a convenient private boardwalk—the property itself is dated and in desperate need of renovation, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. For instance, the master bathroom features a spacious shower, but the hardware and showerhead badly need replacement as the water sprays everywhere. Unfortunately, the management company showed little urgency or effort. I had to call repeatedly before our arrival just to get our lease agreement verified for check-in. Furthermore, while check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM, we were told check-in at 4:00 PM was not guaranteed. We didn't receive the cleaning all-clear until 5:30 PM. Despite the six-and-a-half-hour turnaround, the property wasn't even fully clean; we found sand on the floor and sticky tables upon entry.Ultimately, you are paying for the premium location rather than the quality of the accommodation. I have stayed in much nicer properties for less money, featuring far better management and communication. I highly recommend shopping around for a better property in the area before settling on this one.
