This quiet, well-maintained apartment is located right in the heart of the Artesina–Prato Nevoso ski area and offers a panoramic view of the Alps that takes your breath away in every season. The location is one of its strongest points: here, you’re literally right on the slopes. There’s no need to drive to the lifts—just step outside in your ski boots, and your day begins with a smile. Coming home will be just as simple and pleasant—perhaps lighting the fireplace to warm up and relax by the fire.

The interior is bright and welcoming. The living room, with its fireplace and sofa bed, opens onto a balcony that’s sunny from early morning, offering a splendid view of the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, perfect for those who love to cook dinner after a day outdoors. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a second small bedroom with a practical bunk bed. There’s also a second bathroom with a shower, convenient for groups or families.

I’ll be there in person to welcome you upon your arrival. I’ll be waiting for you at the “Il Carro di Maddalena” restaurant, located right in the same building as the apartment, to greet you, hand you the keys, and show you around the apartment. I’ll be happy to answer any questions and recommend the best places in the area, both in winter and summer.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to the apartment as well as a convenient shared ski locker, perfect for safely storing your skis and boots after a day on the slopes. The apartment is accessible by elevator, features barrier-free access, and is located in an area with private street parking—very convenient for unloading your luggage without any hassle.

For those traveling with pets, the apartment is pet-friendly: your four-legged friends are welcome—just let us know in advance. There are beautiful walking trails nearby, perfect for enjoying nature with your dog.

We’ve paid close attention to safety and comfort: there’s a combined smoke and carbon monoxide detector, and a professional cleaning team cleans the apartment before each stay to ensure a fresh and tidy environment.
