The rooms were really cozy and very well maintained. The restaurant was a real treat and almost every dish that we tried was a hit with the family. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The view from the balcony was just magical.
We had gondola activities planned the day of our checkout. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and arranged for us to have our luggage kept with the reception while we checked out of the hotel and proceeded to the gondola.

We stayed at the hotel for six nights and we were really happy with the comfort, ambience and the friendly and helpful staff who took care of everything. Food at the restaurant was excellent and an ideal hotel for people with families and small kids. We plan to visit the same hotel again during winters. Great place and wonderful place. Keep it up !

Nice rooms & facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice garden. Close to market & not very far from Gondola.
