Enjoy a relaxing break in this charming holiday apartment with access to the pool.

In this well-kept and cosy holiday apartment, you can take a romantic break from everyday life as a couple or as a small family and explore the charming region. Conjure up your favourite dishes in the inviting kitchen, plan your activities over relaxed meals and use the dining table for harmonious games evenings.

Take a leisurely morning swim in the large, communal pool. The spacious, fenced-in grounds offer great play opportunities for children. Play volleyball or basketball, or socialise at the table tennis table.

Hike through the Parco del Monte Cucco and explore the Grotta di Monte Cucco. Cycle along the Tiber Valley to Umbertide or Città di Castello, or canoe across Lago di Pietrafitta or Lago Trasimeno. You can also visit the medieval town of Gubbio and take the open cable car Funivia Colle Eletto to Monte Ingino. A day trip to the Rocca Paolina fortress in Perugia is well worthwhile for culture vultures.
