For long stays of 25 days or more, a 2,000 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.

- A safety Protocol has been deployed to ensure the well-being of our guests and personnel. Please do follow the protocol recommendations as it will make your stay more pleasant.

- A Pre-check in cleaning has come into place sanitizing high-touch surfaces introducing bleach-based cleaning solution, bleach-based wipes, and hand sanitizer to our housekeeping personnel.

- Check out care is taken rigorously under the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards.
