A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Open the glass doors and the heated pool becomes part of the house. Set in Casa Branca above central Funchal, Villa Toscana pairs a private heated pool with Japandi-inspired interiors by RH+ Arquitectos and a panoramic rooftop overlooking the Atlantic, city and mountains.
The villa is made for days that move easily between indoors and out. Mornings begin in the open-plan kitchen, afternoons unfold beside the water, and evenings move to the rooftop as the lights of Funchal appear below.
Warm wood runs through the open living and dining space, where wide glass doors connect the house with the terrace, outdoor dining area and pool. The kitchen sits at the centre of this easy social flow.
Villa Toscana welcomes eight guests across four bedrooms. Three king bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including a main-floor suite that opens directly to the garden. Upstairs, two king suites and a twin bedroom look across the sea, city and mountains. The principal suite has a private balcony and freestanding bath, while the twin bedroom opens onto a balcony of its own.
Outside, the heated pool is framed by cypress, bonsai and cedar trees, with sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, barbecue and dining area. Depending on the weather, the water temperature ranges from 25°C to 30°C throughout the year.
On the upper floor, a second living room with a Smart TV and soundbar opens directly onto the rooftop. From here, the view extends across Funchal, the bay, Atlantic and surrounding mountains.
High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, a private gym and gated parking for two cars support an easy stay. A cot and high chair can be provided, while private chef services, local breakfasts, transfers and additional housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
Close to the Lido and central Funchal, Villa Toscana combines an elevated residential setting with easy access to the city and Madeira’s southern coast.
A stay shaped by warm interiors, open-air living and the view from above Funchal.
Managed exclusively by Madeira Dream Stays.

This home is beautifully designed and located conveniently in Funchal. The kitchen is well-stocked (especially enjoyed having an air fryer!) and I appreciated the bathrooms all had plenty of toilet paper and soap. Having a gym onsite was also a great addition. The service was impeccable, including the host meeting us on short notice late one evening after our rental car got locked into a parking garage overnight unexpectedly with the house keys in it. The photos of the house are accurate, depicting the urban setting. There was a construction site next door but only once during our week’s stay was anyone working there. There was an apartment building located between the villa and the ocean which had live music several times during our stay as well as outdoor activities during the day that were audible from the patio deck. A few minor maintenance issues were communicated to the host - nothing out of the ordinary. We would definitely recommend this villa and would stay here again.

This is a very nice property with only a few minor issues. The house is spacious with beautiful views and great amenities with a good size pool and well appointed gym. In terms of positive suggestions - our 8 day stay did not include any housekeeping and with limited linens provided we were constantly washing towels and a second set of house/gate keys would have been helpful. The kitchen is generally well appointed but lacks certain basic kitchen items. Overall though highly recommend and Madeira is an amazing island paradise.
