This beautiful 2,500 sq ft property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen bedrooms, 1 king bed, and 2 twin beds with plenty of closet space. With amenities like WiFi, smart TV, full kitchen, iron, ironing board, heating/AC, washing/drying machine, hair dryer, and an outdoor patio guests will have everything they need for a tranquil and peaceful stay. We are located right in the heart of downtown Maysville, KY on the Ohio River with walking distance to local shops, restaurants and entertainment.
There is free street parking available as well as one small private parking space behind the house. This is accessible around the corner between the last row house and the Cox building.

We loved the home and location! Extremely clean. We were surprised by a 3rd floor though. Our group were 6 ladies from 73 to 80. So 3 people had to climb an extra flight of stairs. Residents of Maysville were very friendly. We found the Gardens of St Patrick which was gorgeous. The Miniature Museum was fascinating.

Sarah is a fantastic host!! She responded almost immediately anytime I reached out to her. The historic house is beautifully decorated and has lots of charm. Very comfy too. Sarah has thought of everything when it comes to provisions. Very impressive. We are planning a return trip in the warmer months .
