Condominio fronte mare completamente rinnovato. Nuova pavimentazione. Nuovi mobili per ombrelloni. WIFI super veloce. Nuovi ripiani da cucina in quarzo. Doppio balcone enorme. Fronte oceano diretto. Recensioni a 5 stelle. Letto king size e TV HD a schermo piatto nella camera da letto principale. Letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto e anche un divano letto nel soggiorno, quindi l'unità può ospitare fino a 6 persone.
Nuovi mobili da giardino - Rilassatevi sull'ampio balcone. Tavolo da bar in resina e due sedie per il tuo caffè e il vino pomeridiano.
Goditi la vista della spiaggia di sabbia bianca non affollata e osserva i baccelli dei delfini che passano. Pescare e nuotare proprio di fronte al condominio. Completamente arredato con tutti i comfort. La luna piena sorge davanti e albe ogni mattina. Tutto ciò che serve è il bagaglio e gli asciugamani da spiaggia. Questa è una casa senza fumo. Dog friendly (cani di piccola e media taglia "piano", a pagamento). Parcheggio tandem e singolo non assegnato. Guarda l'alba e il sorgere della luna ogni giorno! Bella esposizione nel pomeriggio - tutto ombreggiato. Chiama oggi! Vendiamo sempre vacanze ed estate quindi non aspettare. Grande TV HD da 60 'nella zona salotto principale. This condo is in a fabulous location with a fabulous balcony facing the ocean and private beach access. Truly beautiful. Everything I want at the beach. The condo is laid out well, check in was a breeze and management was responsive and helpful. There were a few maintenance issues that were addressed.

We were very pleased with this property. The owner had provided everything you could possibly need. It is obvious that he had read past reviews and had taken care of any complaint anyone had ever had. It would be very hard for someone to find anything to complain about now! The icemaker worked perfectly. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. There were books, puzzles, games, and even a pair of binoculars for entertainment. I do not think it is possible to be any closer to the beach and the view was amazing! We very much enjoyed the large, private balcony. We had no problem parking and the luggage cart made loading and unloading the car a breeze. I would describe the location as central to all of the best parts of the island. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great Anniversary trip experience!

The balcony is as good as it gets!!!! My husband, myself and our dog spent a lot of time on it. There was no table big enough to eat meals at or we would have been out there all the time. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies. More than one dish towel would have been nice though. The bathroom is remodeled and clean. The ice maker was broken and I reported but management could not find anyone to fix it. The other guests were very friendly and respectful of privacy. Love the elevator. No problem with parking. Our first vacation in a condo building and we liked it fine. I would certainly recommend Coral Sands.

the unit is exactly as pictured and as advertised. Kitchen well stocked. plenty of towels -- blankets -- and everything you need at the beach.
Will be back next yr.

The kitchen appliances were below standard. Refrigerator ice maker did not function. This must have been a long standing problem because there was an ice tray in the freezer.
The toaster was flimsy and burned the toast so we had to use the oven broiler for toast.
The flooring had been updated but the join piece between bedroom and living room had been poorly installed and was a trip hazard.
The lighting was out in the underground parking garage area and caused a trip hazard. In fact, my wife did trip and fall because she did not see the edge of the ramp near the elevator.

Renting was easy. Condo was right on the beach. Views were stunning. Couldn’t get closer to the beach. Amazing experience.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! Great location and still close enough to explore the surrounding cities. The unit was very clean and we loved the big balcony. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Directly on the beach……comfortable for 3 adults…short drive to restaurants, shopping….Ft Clinch very interesting with live period guides…excellent restaurant less than a mile south with live music, excellent food/beverages, friendly servers…we usually stay at St Augustine for this annual get-together, but Fernandina Beach less crowded…plan to book at Coral Sands again next year!

This place is right on the beach! The master bedroom windows open to see/hear the ocean
The patio is heaven, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, the waves, the passing boats, it’s perfect

Plenty to do nearby in Fernandina too, food, shopping, history

We felt very relaxed and at home at 203. The Views are Fantastic. The home is well stocked and clean. Easy access to beach and close to shops and eating yet not in the middle of Commercial businesses. Have already recommended to someone looking for a pet friendly rental for friends coming in December. You have a Great Property and Thank You for Sharing.

It was a great location, close to historical downtown and other parks and recreations. Beautiful sunrises every morning from the beach or the balcony of the condo. The condo was lovely, a little smaller than I thought from the pictures but comfortable. I had to clean the sliding doors because I could not see out of them but outside of that it was mostly nice. I would stay again

Being on the second floor of the condo unit was great!! High enough for a wonderful ocean/beach side view. A/C worked great and the inside was quite comfortable all the time. Ceiling fans also did a great job of circulating air. Really well decorated and equipped with all the necessary kitchen items. The two tv’s were great, also. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was also a plus. There is a cart to use to carry luggage, etc, into the elevator to the unit. Beats using the stairs to carry all your luggage up! There are 18 units in the building and there are no assigned parking for guests. It is first come, first served basis. Since there are 2 bedrooms in each unit, it’s possible to have 2 cars per unit arriving. That means you must pull them together in one spot. However, only 11 spots allow one to do that. We were there in September— I imagine high summer could be tricky. We had no problem, but my daughter rented another unit at the same time—we had to share a spot as no others were available for her. So 2 units shared one spot. Other than the minor parking issue, it is a perfect spot to stay at the beach.

Great condo right on the beach.
Condo was very clean and cozy. Just steps from the beach for nice walks and shark tooth hunting. Would highly recomend.

Love the beach, but condo very average
Love staying beachfront when going to the beach.... that is why we go. However, the parking at this complex is a travesty! I mean the worst I have ever seen... the parking is double parking except for 8 single doors. 18 units total... you do the math... so if you were blocked, there is no system of communication in place to get them to move their car. From hearing from other rental guest the management company does a poor job to help! You are SOS.... I have stayed at some really nice places over the years and been a returning guest. Not this time. Average condo in accommodations and overpriced for the week. Still had a great time.... parking and price were the two biggest disappointments.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, spacious in, and had a spectacular view.

The apartment was very nice. The property manager responded immediately when the air conditioner died. He came & arranged for a new air conditioner to be installed next day, first thing in the morning. Amazing! the view is the best you can get unless you sleep on the sandy beach! We will return!

Can’t wait to get back. The unit is perfect for 2-4. Were just 2 and think that’sbest.. Lee was excellent and took extra good care of us. Won’t need to lug the Keurig and more, they already have one.
