Location & friendly staff
The family room I stayed was perfect for my family except the entire room had only 1 A/C which wasn’t sufficient. I was travelling with my 5 years old kids & they were complaining about the room being hot but couldn’t do anything about it, Not a spot I would won’t to be. And the staff wasn’t able to help me nor could they come put with a solution. Language is an issue, No staff could speak English, google translate worked.

It's like a motel, park outside and you can get to your room opposite the small reception.
Breakfast was included but not very good. Nescafé coffee, they had a hot food area that had eggs and sausages but they brought out a few items every 15 mins so there was a fight to get it then another 15 mins wait...clearly to reduce people eating breakfast ...not great!
