It’s clean, newly furnished apartment. The hosts are super communicative and full of good recommendations. There is a nice cafe with billiard very close to the apartment, as well the convenience stores around. Nearest sandy beach is 10 minutes walk. I cannot recommend enough this place, our stay was wonderful!

We stayed for 10 days (2 adults and 2 kids), and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is fantastic, beautifully maintained, and ideally located in Zadar, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding area.
The terrace with the hot tub is a real highlight and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable.
Most importantly, the hosts are incredibly welcoming and always available to help with anything we needed.
We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely nothing!
