The location is excellent, the property is on Windrush lake side with a deck and BBQ looking over the lake. The area has plenty of activities and eateries close by (easy walking distance), and the village of South Cerney is within 30 minutes walking distance. The property furniture and fitments are quality, well maintained and comfortable.
Booking.com suggests that the property has 3 bathrooms, please note it has 1 family bathroom, 1 on-suite and a downstairs toilet. Also note there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into one singe bed).

Lovely home. Comfy beds. We appreciated the care and attention to detail. Had everything we needed and more.
Nothing.

Lovely clean, modern and homely house. Really well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location overlooking the lake with walks from the doorstep.
Nothing.

Beautiful property, in a wonderful location and the best equipped kitchen we’ve encountered.
3rd bedroom beds are not for adults. Really low and exceptionally uncomfortable, with a wafer thin pillow.
Only seating in the lounge for 5.
Decking furniture lets the rest of the property down, not comfortable and not easy for all of us to sit on the deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the view.
